ERIN IRELAND: Erin, our newest addition, has a twinkle in her eye and wonderful laugh that light up the office. She also has an organizing skill that is greatly appreciated. She has already made the place shine and our customers are also learning to appreciate her cheerful disposition. Erin is joining our quotations team. Ask her for quotes of for tracking shipments.

KELVIN WONG: Head of CUSTOMER SERVICE and PROJECT MANAGER, Kelvin also handles day to day quotations. As our Mister Fix-it, he is always aware of SUPPLY and SERVICE ISSUES and coordinates with customers and suppliers to keep our product timelines flowing. Although Canadian born, Kelvin spent many years in China after graduating in Business Administration. There, he learned to speak Mandarin while managing North American distribution for a Chinese lighting manufacturer.

WARREN IRELAND: SALES MANAGER and PLANNING DIRECTOR.
Warren has an amazing dexterity with accounting programs and spread sheets. His complex data sheets are the backbone of Premier's price list and inventory control programs allowing us the ability to instantly update and analyze. Warren, a South African with an extensive background as a sales manage rfor a multi-national distribution company was educated in Japan and speaks Japanese. He is in the process of becoming the primary contact with our North American agents and distributors.

DENNISON BONA: Head of CUSTOM QUOTATIONS. Aside from designing fixtures, providing technical support information and conceptual two-dimensional approval drawings, he also works with an optical design program. This program aids in the engineering and development of both custom and standard lighting fixtures, giving Premier ability to produce accurate photometric estimates during the design phase and before a fixture is ever built.
